Basic usage analytics (pages viewed) to improve the site.

How we use it

To generate and deliver your appeal packet, email it and your filing reminders, provide support, process payment, and improve our service. We do not use your data for unrelated purposes.

Who we share it with

Only service providers who help us operate, under their own privacy terms: a property-data provider (e.g., RentCast), our payment processor (Stripe), and our email provider (e.g., Resend/SendGrid). We do not sell your personal information.

Retention

We keep your order and packet data as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal/accounting obligations, then delete or anonymize it. You can request deletion anytime (see below).
