The appeal packet is a one-time fee of $99, charged at purchase through our payment processor (Stripe). Prices may change; the price shown at checkout applies to your order.
You are responsible for: confirming the property details and figures are correct; reviewing the packet; and filing your appeal accurately and by your jurisdiction's deadline. Reminders we send are a courtesy, not a guarantee.
Whether an appeal succeeds is decided solely by your county tax board and the courts. We do not promise any particular reduction or result.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TaxGiraffe and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this may not apply to you.
Your packet is licensed to you for your personal use in your own appeal. You may not resell or redistribute TaxGiraffe materials.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
